Mr. Ho Van Nien , Vice Chairman of People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province , said International Kite Festival, the fifth with the theme " Peace Dance " will take place from 8-12/5 in Ba Ria - Vung Tau .
International Kite Festival 2014 Fifth expected to gather kite teams from 26 countries and territories and six team in the country , with over 150 artists participating .
