Ha Giang organizes Tourism Week - cultural heritage of the ethnics

The People's Committee of Ha Giang province will organize Tourism Week - cultural heritage of the ethnics from Nov 19-23, the space stretching from Quang Binh district to Quan Ba, Yen minh, Meo Vac, Dong Van.



This is an activity to honor the value of the intangible cultural heritages of Ha Giang were listed in the list of national intangible cultural heritage and traditional cultural heritage of the ethnics, to increase the pride and the strength in preserving and promoting the value of intangible cultural heritage in Ha Giang province, to propagate, introduce, promote unique cultural identity in the life of the ethnics at the same time.

In the framework of Tourism Week - cultural heritage of the ethnics of Ha Giang will take place some following activities such as: Visiting the Cultural and Tourism Community Village, Nam Dam village; Presenting the traditional ceremony of Dao ethnic at Nam Dam village, Quan Ba commune, Quan Ba distric; Joining in weaving with Mong ethnic; Performing cultural intangible heritage " Gau Tao festival of Mong ethnic in the town of Yen minh; Visting, Experience, Discovering Na Luong Cave, Mau Long commune; Organizing Cultural Exchange; Recreating New Year Celebration (drumming ceremony) of Giay ethnic.

Besides, the practical experience program " Plowing on rock field, agricultural technique,etc at Sung Tra commune; Visiting, pratical experience at architectural art relic of Vuong dynasty, recreating the life of Meo king; Visiting Dong Van Ancient Quartar, Enjoying cuisine of the ethnic groups such as : thang co, men chen, cha lao, polony, corn wine, etc.

The week is going to take place at 8pm on Nov 19 at the stadium of Quang Binh district. Earlier in the day 19th of Nov, there will take place sport and cultural art activities, folk games; fire dance festival of Pa Then people in Tan Bac commune, Quang Binh district.
