Toulouse Culture Week in Hanoi

( 1973-2013 ) and the intimate relationship between Hanoi - Toulouse ( France) in particular since 1996, from Oct 4-9 in Hanoi, the Toulouse Culture Week is going to take place. 

This is a good opportunity to introduce to you the unique art programs performing by the artists of Toulouse. It is also the chance to exchange experience between artists of Hanoi and Toulouse. Specially, there is the show of classical music by Les Hanches Hantées which is the band trumpet quartet including members studied at the Toulouse Conservatory of Music. The band has created reputation in Europe, it was awarded of Senior Conservatory of Music in Paris, Public Banking Institute. Les Hanches Hantées is going to perform at the opening ceremony of the Toulouse Culture Week at 8pm on Oct 4 at the Citadel, Hanoi. 

Besides, Flamenco performance by Sandoval Trio Band with three musicians playing guitar, the band was founded nearly 30 years and has toured in many countries around the world. The band is going to perform at 8pm on Oct 7 at the Theatre of Art College in Hanoi, at 7 Hai Ba Trung street. Before, The concert and film program are the new art organized very successful in the countries, the programs are going to be held at 2pm on Oct 5th at the Theatre of Art College in Hanoi, at 7 Hai Ba Trung street. 

Moreover, Jazz performance of the La face cachée des sous bois band is also going to take place at Stage 16 Le Thai To at 8 pm on Oct 8. This is the band was founded in Toulouse, has become the most favourite band in Southern France, has toured in many places in France and Europe. The Saxophonist Fernand Doumec has performed in Hanoi on the occasion of 1000 years annivesary of Thang Long, Hanoi. 

For children, there is the cartoon Les As de la jungle which is a unique film of France by David Alaux and Eric Tosti. The film has screened in over 150 countries, was awarded in Prix Procirep in the animation category 2012, Festival Animpact Max 2012 in Korea, Kidscreen Awards 2013 in New York, Emmy Kids Awards 2013. The cartoon is going to be screened at Kim Dong cinema at 8:30pm on Oct 5-6. 

The exhibition of life and society in Vietnam was succeeded in France, it has attracted over 113.000 visitors up to now. The exhibition is held on Oct 9 in The Imperial Citadel of Thang Long, 19C Hoang Dieu street, Hanoi.
