- 200g glutinous rice flour
- 20gr flour ( Tapioca Starch )
- 500ml water
- A little salt
Filling of cake:
- 250gr peeled and washed fresh shrimp.
- 2 Slices of bread pillow (used to make sandwich bread)
- Some green onion
How to make:
1. Mix glutinous rice flour, flour with water and add a little salt,
then wait about 30 minutes for baking powder.
2. Prepare the filling of cake:
- Slice bread pillow. Fry bread pillow (enough oil to floating bread). Take out and leave to cold.
- Peel shrimp and marinate with some fish sauce and pepper. Roast shrimp, then pound slightly shrimp.
Use your hand to tear shrimp, then fry to dry. No need to roast overcook
- Chop green onion. Boil some cooking oil and fry green onion. No more oil to seep into green onion.
- Prepare small plates with cooking oil is on that plates. Boil water in the steamer. Put that small plates on steamer. Slowly pour each small spoon flour into each plate. Just pour half of the plate. Cover and steam on high heat for 5 minutes.
- Lift the cake out and let the filling up
