"Don ca tai tu" is the World Heritage

UNESCO has officially recognized art ca tai tu Nam Bo of Vietnam's Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.


At the conference the Intergovernmental Committee 2003 Convention on the protection of intangible cultural heritage of UNESCO meeting in the city of Baku ( Azerbaijan ) , on 5/ 12, the delegates agreed absolute ( 100 % ) election selected art form " Don ca tai tu Nam Ministry of Vietnam " as intangible cultural heritage of humanity can represent .

Ca tai tu Nam Bo is an ethnic music of Vietnam was formed and developed from the late 19th century , derives from the music festival , the Hue court music and folklore .

Ca tai tu is the folk art forms characteristic of the southern region , and use cases above , due to the common people of rural southern singing after business hours .
