You see the image and you wonder why don't we call it bread. Bread just a crust of banh mi, it is delicious not only in crust but also in filling. The crust is soft and crunchy, special aroma of powder, no butter. You can eat bread with condensed milk, butter, sugar, omelet or even banana. There are two famous branchs banh mi in Nha Trang, they are " banh mi Ba Le" and " banh mi Nguyen Huong".
Banh mi Ba Le is famous for special filling such as: pork bologna , pate , ham, etc and especially fish. Fish here is often made from tuna fish. The secret of Ba Le is not only in fresh ingredients but also in spices are used in the dish.
Banh mi Nguyen Huong is not many spices inside, like banh mi Ba Le. Some sliced green onion, cucumber, pork bologna, a little of soy sauce, chili and pepper. That's all.
