Ingredients:
- Dried Beef: 50 gr
- Papaya, carrot, Roasted peanut, parsley, basil mint, marjoram
- Fish sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic.
How to do:
- Step 1: peel papaya and carrot, grate them, then soak them 1 small pinch of salt and vinegar.
- Step 2: Mix sauce with ratio 3 tsp of vinegar - 2 tsp of sugar - 1tsp of sauce - 1 small bowl of water, then add chopped garlic and chilli.
