From past to present, Tra Que has been known for over 20 types of vegetables and herbs, especially, there are many kinds which nowhere is delicious, such as: perilla, basil,etc. When mixing vegetables together, this will meet 5 tastes:spicy, sour, sweet, bitter, acrid.


Thanks to the special flavor that vegetable of Tra Que has contributed to make famous dishes in Hoi An. Cilantro is associated with jellyfish salad, sour soup; laksa leaves, green onion is used in mussel dish in Cam Nam area. Quang noodle must be eaten with vegetable of Tra Que, you will feel the combination of natural flavors.

According to the farmer here, vegetable of Tra Que must "clean" from selecting land and water systems are not contaminated. The soil is increased loam and porous by types of animal manure, microbiological fertilizers.
