Hon Chong is a large rock cluster, located in Khanh Hoa province. In the language of Vietnam, the word "Chong" has two meanings: to stack and husband. Typically, local people understand follow the second meaning "husband". However, the first meaning is more appropriate for explaining the arrangement of the huge rock cluster.
On the side of a rocky mountain stacked, Hon Chong stands vividly and impressively. It overlooks the sea, seems to fall down at any time but it is still stable. The rock " Hon Chong " is combined to form an unbalanced position that shocking to anyone who glanced at them in the first time. On the face of the rock " Hon Chong" has five fingers that has still made tourists and scientists, historians confuse.
The legend said that, a huge man sat here to fishing, there is also a huge fish took the bait and pulled away so the huge man pulled it back, he put a hand on the rock and that action left his mark as shown.
According to another legend, a huge man come to this place to see scenery, met many fairies was bathing here, he stopped to see, accidentally slipped, he quickly clung to the mountain that made the ridge collapse, and his hand on the rock.

Going between the rocks piled eerily as the scene: two vertical rocks, a big rock as a gate through another rock cluster. The second cluster has a shape of woman sat looking out to sea - a name is meaning close to Hon Chong, it is "Hon Vo"(wife). This rock cluster has a little more attention of tourists.
