To have delicious wine rice ball, the main ingredient is sticky rice, they will wash it, soak in 8 hours and leave dry. Then, sticky rice will be steamed the first time in a thin cloth for a while, then take it out and put in a water bowl of dilute salt. After that, steaming the second time to be completely cooked. Next, they will put steamed sticky rice in banana leaf, cover it by another leaf and use a heavy object on it. On, they will pound yeast and sprinkle pounded yeast on steamed sticky rice, use knife dipped in salted water and cut steamed sticky rice into ball with the edge of 2.5 cm, then sprinkling yeast one more time on the rest of the ball, each ball will be wrapped in banana leaf.

Finally, they will anneal in where is warm. After 3 days, it will be fermented and every drop of water flows out creating a special aroma. They will pour water from annealing process on balls and cover them. Leave them a day and they can be eaten. If you eat much, I think flavor of the dish will make you drunk.
