Visiting Ben Tre, a small province in the Mekong River, you can come to Vam Ho, a popular Vietnam tourist destination attracting visitors. You can get there by road or waterway. It would be better if you use the boat because you can see the endless lines of coconut. When sun is set, thousands of birds from surrounding areas fly to Vam Ho and sleep there.
Vam Ho Bird Sanctuary
Vam Ho Bird Sanctuary is located about 52 kilometers from Ben Tre town, about 120 kilometers from Ho Chi Minh city. It is located between My Hoa commune and Tan Xuan commune, Ba Tri district, near Ba Lai river.
