Hoi An also allowed to build 100 accommodation establishments , including 10 hotels , 71 homestay services (this is the form that visitors will rest and live with local people in right their house) and 19 villas. And, there are 32 tourism projects were completed and put into operation raising the number of accommodation establishments throughout the city of Hoi An to 105 establishments , with 4,350 rooms, ensuring the accommodation needs of travelers .
