Sour salted pork is a speciality of Muong ethnic in Hoa Binh. It is a rustic dish as the heart of the Muong, the dish creates special point in cuisine of Muong ethnic in S-land.

Being a rustic dish, sour salted pork of Muong people is processed in a quite simple way.
