It is said that " When in Rome, do as the Romans do ". For Asians, they appreciate traditional value, especially in sacred places, for example in pagoda. There are some things make you feel uncomfortable, but you want them to welcome you, you have to do many things what you don't like. In this post, I will give some tips when you visit pagoda, you want to be welcomed, you must invest something.
1.
Clothes
Appearance is the first thing you need to change because it is the thing what people look at first. Namely, that is clothes. You do not wear clothes which is too short or slim because pagoda is a sacred place which is the place of gods. They won't tell you, they will see you with eyes, like saying " it is so rude ". This will affect to your trip. So, you should wear clothes which must cover your knee, and can't see through it. If you visit in the hot weather, you should wear wide clothes. It helps you not only avoid many eyes but also visit comfortably.

The above thing is outside, this is inside. When you are happy, you smile, you can smile, nobody can't forbid you. But, you shouldn't laugh too loud in pagoda. Besides, you see a beautiful scene and want to take a picture, you should see your place. Do not turn your back on statues. Some places forbid taking picture, so you should follow and limited pointing at statues. Moreover, do not rely on or touch any statue, offerings and do not brake anything, including a leaf.

Other notes
In case you visit pagoda in a crowded, you watch your belongings, it is not a bad ideal. Besides, when you step inside a worship place, you have to put off foot wear outside. If you are afraid of losing foot wear, you shouldn't step inside or ask your friend keep eyes on your foot wear. Remember one more thing, do not take picture when you step inside the worship place.
As Newton's law 3 of motion: "when an object A impacts on an object B a force, object B also impacts a force back to object A again". Just like that, when you respect other people, they will respect you. The above things are basic things when you visit a pagoda, it is not difficult to do, right?. Wish you have a good trip.
