Ba Na hills travel - Road to the Penglai

Located 25 km from Da Nang to the southwest, at an altitude of 1487m over sea level, Ba Na is considered a "green lung" of the Central, the "pearl of climate" of Vietnam. Nowadays, still remaining vestiges of the old mansion, some where is only the floor.


Traveling to Ba Na, you can travel by cable car. Ba Na cable car was built in accordance with standards of the Association of European cable and technology of Austria. Full line cable has 22 offices with 94 cabins, a capacity for 1,500 passengers / hour.
Time to go to the station to station (or vice versa) is 15.05 minutes with velocity 6m/s. As confirmation of the World Association of cable, the cable car has set two Guinness world record. It is the longest cable wire and the biggest deviation between the stations in the world.
